Nothing to do with Specters per se, it just reflected a series of shocking experiences with a number of professional services firms.
Overall, the process was simple. The matter took a while to move forward and/but we did get periodic updates. There was also a clear overview of options and potential outcomes as it moved to a close. The outcome was a much better result than we had anticipated and the only good thing to have emerged from a very messy affair relating to a collapsed investment scheme.
